First attempt with ravioli, the filling improvised

First attempt with ravioli, I improvised the filling with spinach, roasted mushrooms, buffalo mozzarella, a little chopped capers and black olive oil a little grated manchego and oregano….after cooking they were drizzled with a simple puttanesca sauce (garlic, black olives, Capers, oregano and chopped tomatoes) -still love my little Philips pasta machine that made the plates so well and the round punch I once bought in Milan #pastamaskine #philipspastamaker #buginamnam #ravioli #hjemmelavetpasta @philipshomelivingdanmark

Still loving my new one (used) lille Philips VIVA

Still loving my new one (used) lille Philips VIVA mail machine, here I make lasagna sheets from chickpea flour, there were three plates in one portion. The machine mixes itself and the spit out. I made a super good one (I think even) lasagna with vegetables and buffalo mozarella 😊 ha ha think it would take so many years before I knew such a machine existed 🤣 #philipspastamaker #pastamkerviva #vivapastamaker #vegetarlasagne #buginamnam

So I think I've finally found the perfect one

So I think I have finally found the perfect bag for me, despite its small size, there can be REALLY a lot in it and it is absolutely perfect to take on the plane

Here the contents when we got home from the Maldives during the Easter holidays...I was just impressed by how much I had in it, so I just had to try to lay it out as a pattern.

I have always been a fan of good quality luggage and bags, and here the quality is really good in every detail, jge might have chosen dark gray lining instead of sand, but otherwise nothing to put off😊.....I have now replaced the little black notebook with an Ipad mini, so there is EVERYTHING in the bag I need.

Kintobe is a Danish company and they have an office and shop at Blågårdsplads...... this model is called Miles, and I just saw they now have a mini miles, I have to go in and look at it 😍

And no, it's not paid advertising, I bought the bag myself, but happy to test smaller and larger models for free 🤣🤣

The bag has actually already made it to Amsterdam and the Maldives, and now it is soon on its way to LA 😊

😍Love my latest new kitchen toy, Philips mail machine, it's so easy and it's so small and fits in my closet. I have poured 400 g durum flour with a bit of slat in it, turned it on and when it runs I pour 4 whisked eggs in, have here chosen the slightly wide version of pasta between them 5 mouthpieces I have that range from angel hair to lasagna plates. After it has touched a little one way, it turns and starts spitting out as you can see here, can it be easier ?🤷🏻‍♀️ I then improvised another version of vegetable pasta. #Pasta machine #philips #philipsvivapastamaker #friskpasta #philipspastamachine #kitchen love #bugistudio

We really feel like we are in paradise with our own beach, absolutely incredible to walk along the beach for breakfast at 10 and don't see others...it's just us 3 you look at the picture... the sun bakes down 30c during the day and 28c at night... we don't drive home 😊
