Super delicious crispy nut cookies. Can also be used as bases for homemade cream buns
These nut cookies are among my husband's favorites, both as cookies, but also as a base for cream buns.
I think the nut taste comes out best if they are baked so they are nicely golden brown.
But the recipe is easy and fast if you have a mini blender or food processor.

RECIPE – Nut cookies 30 pcs
INGREDIENTS
350 (g) sugar
300 g chopped hazelnuts
CA 125 – 150 g egg whites.
APPROACH
- The nuts are chopped in a blender- it's a matter of taste how finely chopped the nuts should be
- Slowly pour in the egg whites until the mass is soft, not too liquid
- Pour into spray bag and place on a plate (one can also do it with a spoon)
- Bake at 180 C until they are golden brown (CA 10-15 min)
- Cool on a wire rack
- Can then be dipped in melted chocolate
- When I bake them to the bottom for homemade cream buns, I chop / grind the nuts a little finer.
