Small delicious gluten-free Pancakes for breakfast or blinis for lunch, baked from corn and rice flour.

The last 3 days I have been experimenting with various small gluten-free Pancakes for breakfast. My boy and I was in complete agreement, they were clearly the best today, so this is the recipe I share.
The day before yesterday I made them with half rice flour and half buckwheat flour, but buckwheat has a slightly special flavor seems I and them we were not quite wild with. RECIPE – Gluten-free mini Blinis pancakes 18-20 pcs
