Fried potatoes with the same
I know well that it is not difficult to make fried potatoes, but read even this tip in a Idenyt blade for many many years ago, and it is being used extensively at the home of us where potatoes are favorite accessories.
These taste always good, I think for that fried potatoes made from boiled potatoes from the day in advance often have a nasty taste I do not care about.

RECIPE – Fried potatoes
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes
Salt
APPROACH
- Cut the potatoes in squares or slices depending on desire (I peel them not)
- Put the potatoes in water with added salt (Salten is important so they don't cook out)
- Cook them for about 10 min
- Pour into a colander and let them drain away
- Heat a pan with fat, I use a mixture of butter and oil/free
- Fry the potatoes until golden brown
- Sprinkle, if desired. with Rosemary
