I just can't get enough of curly kale salad, and since I also love strawberries, it is perfect to use both together. The walnuts supplement both with taste and healthy fat.
In this salad, I used both oranges, Strawberry, blueberries and walnuts. If you follow the FODMAP diet is all the ingredients here with low FODMAP, that is, they are good for people with irritable bowel syndrome (FODMAP is not a crash diet).

RECIPE – Curly kale salad with fresh berries and walnuts
INGREDIENTS
Fresh Kale
Walnuts
Oranges
Strawberry
Blueberry
APPROACH
- Wash and chop green cabbage fine (or purchase finished minced as found in the season with COOP & NET)
- Wash and part Strawberry
- Wash blueberries
- Peel and chop the oranges into small pieces
- Mix the salad
- Squeeze the juice from the 1/2-1 Orange over salad
- Garnish with walnuts
