Sometimes you need a little easier food, and there I think Caesar salad a good solution.

RECIPE – Caesar salad with homemade croutons
INGREDIENTS
Mixed baby lettuce leafs
Fresh, thin green asparagus
Grilled chicken strips
Homemade croutons (behind possibly own bread for croutons with This recipe)
Parmasanost in thin slices
APPROACH
- Salad and asparagus wash
- Asparagus is split into several pieces
- Chicken fillet cut into strips and fried on the grill Pan
- Cut the bread into small cubes
- Bread cubes turned into olive oils
- Bread fried on grill pan and sprinkled with salt and, if desired. Rosemary
- Mix the salad
- Garnish with thin writes parmasanost (I've cut with a carrot peeler)
DRESSING (to 4-6 persons)
- 1 DL olive oil
- 1/2 all the feds garlic (or 2 regular bold)
- 1 TSP mustard
- 4 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
- It all blended together
