My boys absolute isfavorit
When I lived in the United States I loved Oreo, and although I rarely have eaten at McDonalds they had an Oreo McFlurry ice cream I REALLY liked. So when Oreo "Lomnické suchary" finally came to Denmark (first only with Irma) I tried me with this ice cream, as are my two boys favorite ice (two boys = man and child). Now you can actually buy ready Oreo ice cream I have seen, but never tasted, but I am sure that my is MUCH better ;).
I make the soy whipping cream when I did not even eat dairy products.

RECIPE – Oreo ice cream
INGREDIENTS
4 pasteurized egg yolks
4 tbsp icing sugar
3 TSP vanilla sugar or 1 vanilla rod
1/2 l whipping cream (Whipping cream, Lactose Soya whipping cream or whipping cream, for example Alpro)
That. 8 Oreo biscuits hacked to pieces
PROCEDURE WITH ICE MACHINE
- Mix ingredients except Oreo biscuits in a bowl
- Pour the mixture into an ice machine and start
- Chop Oreo biscuits and pour them into the ice cream maker
- Run until the ice is done / the ice machine stops
PROCEDURE WITHOUT ICE MACHINE
- Whip the cream to whipped cream
- Flip egg yolks, vanilla and powdered sugar in
- Pour into a mold and place in the freezer
- Take it out once in a while and turn it
- When it is semi-rigid reversed the chopped Oreo biscuits in with a spatula (they come in too soon sink to the bottom)
