Strawberry ice cream is just the most summery you could wish for
I love this Strawberry ice cream, for me the taste of the Danish Sun and summer. The boys in the family has Oreo ice favorites, but this is my summer favorite. I made this over the weekend with new Danish Strawberry, and actually have just eaten the remnant that was left mmm 😉 Sometimes I make it also with chopped chocolate or chocolate vermicelli in, like the taste very well with fresh strawberries. Otherwise sprinkles I just with a little chocolate. I usually use Callebaut chocolate, it may be purchased online at Bagetid.dk or Bagebixen.dk
Wafer tube and ice cream cone at the pictures I have baked 🙂 I've been a little obsessed with baking ice cream cones the last few weeks, I think it's so funny. I can really recommend my isvaffelopskrift, they are really good and crisp. I also made a gluten free version, There also will be crispy and delicious.

My boy LOVES ice cream, He has even created jordbærisen with chocolate and fresh Strawberry on top, Perhaps he has also mixed a little Oreo in, If I know him right, but I can not remember. One of the family's 3 ice cream makers are this little OBH model which comes with two bowls and you can buy extra bowls for. It is perhaps not the world's best ice cream maker, but the kids think it's so much fun to be allowed to mix their very own ice cream. We bought our used, but I've seen that Elgiganten have it in both blue and pink.
