Uuups, coming just another project our way..
After years of patience, has finally succeeded…..we bought the neighboring lot to our lovely home. We bought a small corner of the neighboring lot when we were building, but the owner was not ready to sell, but he has not been on the island for years and has now admitted that he did not come over more.
We are the last house on the way to "turn the square" but behind our house is a very neglected plot with a ruin of a house on.
Back in the sixties, it was a nice little house with a beautiful plot filled with flowers. I have inserted an old photos of the house, the house belonged then my boy play mate grandmother. His mother is happy to "grandma's" old reason now will be nice again. Right now is why a large chaotic Mikado game of fallen trees after big storms on the island. One storm felled unfortunately also our beautiful weeping willow at the end of our reason.
And no, we must not put the ruin able, we must remove it ASAP. So we open up out to the field with grazing animals and get great views in all directions. We also own to (one must make sure to keep maintenance). And once it is leveled and done nicely, it must be shown to be a great football I have heard
But there is the possibility for many other things, a printer hal, huge garage, vegetable etc. But first there is a fair lot of work just to make the land usable.
