Spinatfritata is a ready breakfast favorite with us.

my Spanish- Italian girlfriend call it fritata, so we are doing it at home with us, but it's really just a thin omelet.
Easy and quick breakfast or lunch for those who (like my boy and I) love hot food 3 times a day.
I usually rely on two eggs per. person.

RECIPE – Spinach Fritata 1 person

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
Fresh spinach
Salt and pepper
A. grated cheese

APPROACH

  • Whisk the eggs and add salt and pepper
  • Wash the spinach and chop it finely
  • Put fat in a frying pan and heat it up
  • Spread the spinach to the pan and heat it short
  • Pour the beaten eggs over the spinach and let it fry on low heat
  • When the surface is getting enough sprinkle any. with grated cheese
  • Serve with warm bread
