So delicious and so easy to make

I love pesto, and have often used it as a quick dinner. However, it has taken me amazingly many years before I even threw me out in making it. But it is just so easy to make, you just pour it all into a blender or kitchen machine. So now I could not dream to buy it more.
I also think the color when you're doing it is totally awesome.

You can use pesto to many things, most common is enough for pasta, but you can marinate meat with it, use it as a dressing for a salad, on potatoes or on small pieces of toasted bread, or just as a dip for bread.
You can also make a simple appetizer with a little pesto bruschetta consisting of roasted pieces flute, smeared with pesto, topped with URf.eks tomatoes chopped, onions and a little melted cheese.

You can make a large portion and freeze it into portionesanretninger. Thaw it if necessary. up with a very short trip in the microwave.

RECIPE – PESTO

INGREDIENTS

1 Bunch flat-leaf parsley ca 75 (g)
1 bundle basillikum ca 25 (g)
3 tablespoons sunflower seeds (or pine nuts, or 6-8 pcs. walnuts)
1 DL olive oil
1/2 whole cloves of garlic (or 2 Major General)
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (can be omitted)
A little bit of lemon juice
Salt and pepper

APPROACH

  • Chop the parsley and Basil a bit
  • Put all ingredients in a blender and run
  • Season with salt and pepper
