I love lemon, so I have experimented with these delicious lemon madeleines.
Tomorrow I bage them with my colleague Charlotte Selvig Svendsen and 20 children, at this year KREA & KITCHEN summerSchool, 4 days with crea, characters, barley, template and design and a daily bageting.
Opskirften is quite easy, and the ones I baked the weekend was away immediately, as man and boy giving top rated.
Of course, you need a madeleine griddle, but have mini muffin plate or some other shape can of course also be used.
have I baked them in baking sheet No. 15 (mini madeleines) to my Tefal snack collection machine. I admit I love machine, it has 16 different plates, and we use it almost every day either fried eggs or omelette. The machine can be purchased in many places and is often on offer if one Googler.
But here the recipe. The finished cake can either sprinkled with powdered sugar or cooled and dipped into citric glaze.
