Nougat Popsicle

Favorit is, obtained only not better 🙂

Ice cream is a big thing with us, and I thought my Oreois was and remained my favorite, but now it is overtaken by this beautiful nougat ice. The course, can be eaten in a bowl, in an ice cream cone or cast into ice form. In the picture it in homemade ice cream cones as I've recipe here.

I bought small ice molds both in Baking time and K for Cake . Both sites also sell Callebaut chocolate, as the one I have dipped ispindende in (it's chocolate buttons fusing)….I always have bags with chocolate in the fridge, They come in bags with smart Velcro closure.

The recipe is my basic isopskrift I use all the ice, but here added my homemade nøddekrokant. It can of course easily be made in a conventional whipping cream, but since I do not even eat dairy products I make it in Soya Cream, and it tastes great too.

RECIPE – Nougat Popsicle

INGREDIENTS

1/2 l whipping cream (Whipping cream, Lactose Soya whipping cream or whipping cream, for example Alpro)
4 pasteurized egg yolks (the match 2 plastic buckets)
1 tablespoons vanilla sugar or 1 vanilla rod
4 tbsp icing sugar
A portion of my Hazelnut Crocant (save something to sprinkle) – it is easy to make.

PROCEDURE WITH ICE MACHINE

  • Start by making a portion nøddekrokant so that it can cool;
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Pour the mixture into an ice machine and start
  • After running some luck nøddekrokanten in
  • Run until the ice is done / the ice machine stops
  • PS. Used alm. egg yolks, the whole mass must first be heated to above 75 °C, and then cooled
  • For vegan version can be substituted with Xanthan gum eggs, dissolve 1/4 TSP powder in 1/2 DL water. Let it stand and pull a little (NB! I have not even tried it yet)

PROCEDURE WITHOUT ICE MACHINE

  • Whip the cream with vanilliesukker for whipped cream
  • Turn egg yolks in ( or for vegan, Xanthan mixture)
  • Turn nøddekrokanten in
  • Pour into a bottle or shape and sprinkle possibly chopped strawberries
  • Set in the freezer
