These delicious æblemuffins've got top marks of my boy and his friend. They are made of coarse spelt flour with whole Apple pieces in.
I think they taste absolutely perfect with whipped cream with vanilla , and it is also decorative with a little whipped cream on top 🙂

RECIPE – Apple muffins
INGREDIENTS
250 (g) wholemeal spelt flour (can be replaced with white flour if it is not to the grove)
1/2 tsp salt
2 TSP cinnamon
2 TSP baking soda
2 Tbsp vanilliesukker
125 (g) butter
200 (g) sugar
2 eggs
125 g milk
200-250 g apples, peeled and cut into small cubes
For garnish:
50 g meltet butter
25 (g) sugar
5 (g) cinnamon
APPROACH
- Turn on the oven at 200 ° c
- Peel apples and cut into small cubes
- Turn Apple diced in a little flour and let them stand in a bowl
- Mix the flour, cinnamon, vaniliesukker, salt and baking soda in a bowl
- In a new Bowl, beat butter and sugar together until the mixture becomes light, then add egg and milk
