Indian naan and garlic naan bread is a big hit at home, and very easy to make on the grill (if one has pan / plate)
Now it's summer, and so wonderful to cook outdoors on the barbecue
It is a common yeast dough, but instead of baking them in an oven, baker to them on a plate or pan (you can also do it in the stove). It provides the extra good taste, is to pense them with butter during cooking.
I hate to do the cooking grate clean, and has, therefore, purchased a flat plate to one side of the grill, and I almost always use one Dancook pizza pan in iron that stands up in the grill, it acts as a pan and makes it possible to make fried vegetables, potatoes, etc.. I servers usually also the, I just put the hot pan table, on a cutting board and a silicone trivet, it's nice easy.
