I love garlic, and when I discovered a few years ago the feds white onions I thought it was the coolest I had long seen, think you should only pick a garlic rather than all the little silly bold. Unfortunately they have them rarely in Net, but Coop has them always and Facts have them anywhere.
Garlic butter actually tastes best if made a day in advance and has stood and "pulled". You can also make it clear in the envelope and store in the freezer bowls to be used, just remember to take it out of the freezer in the morning.

RECIPE – GARLIC BUTTER
INGREDIENTS
100 (g) soft butter
A few tufts of parsley
1/2 helfed garlic or 2 bold regular
Salt and Pepper
APPROACH
- Hak parsley fine
- Notch or blend garlic
- Mix parsley and garlic in the butter and stir
- Add salt and a little pepper (EVS. white pepper)
- Put it in a kuvertskål
- Garnish with chopped parsley
