I was very tired of my IT mess with chargers, cables and USB port on my last trip.
Therefore I started to find a solution. The result is this small series bags / purses out of. I've just tested and printed the fifth and largest bag in the series, the I call XL model, or family model 🙂 But there's been a lot of design work and testing prior to the now-finished products.
I started taking different photos of the things I have. I did actually divided up so that layout fits with the different models, so I did not have to move around on the computer ... but thought it was too boring with just a photo, so I worked a bit with what I could do. I had an idea that it should look like airport x-ray images. I then began to work with a lot of different looks, layout and colors. It is important to clearly read on the design that it is the IT parts, so therefore I could not mix dark and light lines, but ended up only using the white stuff on the black background.
I think it's been a funny first look. You can clearly read what it is, and therefore figure out what the purse / bag can be used for.
I am now ended with a total of 5 models, from the little cute round purse but can always be in your bag, the XL model that can hold entire family's cables and chargers, they can all be viewed and purchased in my shop here or Fields Design Store 1. sal i Fields, a great store I share with 30 other designers.
I think and hope, that it might be this year's Christmas gift idea, not only for the man who has everything, but to all :), for almost all the channels around with a cord or charger for mobile, and even more equipment when traveling. I myself have had the great pleasure of using the bags in the last few weeks, and on my last trip, I travel though with my mobile phone, laptop and camera.
The small round purse I've used for many years for daily use, only to headphones and mobil charger. But because I made the bigger bags, took it with my boy and went to NY in autumn with perfect order in all our cables and chargers, and it worked really well – and think we must have the XL model, when the whole family travels on the Christmas holiday to Jordan, so everyone can have their own charger and we should not fight over something 🙂
