My first written recipes

He he, memories of the good old days where things don't cost anything and one fried in coconut oil

My mom came over with some other things she had found in the Loft bla recipes from my school home economics in 1976. It's probably the first recipes I have written down, and I can see that I have done my best to write nicely :). Later, I went over to write the recipes in a booklet. The booklet was even with me when I lived in the United States, and I have used it, until a few years ago, fell apart. This is bla the booklet I am in the process of putting online here on the blog.

I think it's really funny that we have had to calculate prices, theboller 20 pennies per paragraph, omelette with fried pork 2,05 KR :). And I read that you can FRY pommesfritter in oil or coconut oil, don't think there is any there deep fry in coconut oil anymore. But coconut oil is actually just purified coconut oil, and it has been popular to fry in coconut oil again, so maybe it's not just fashion that runs in ring.

Now it is, of course, as I said, my plan, to get all my recipes and notes gathered here on my blog, so they are not cumber. I have countless books and notes, and so many pages from my grandma's opskriftbog. She was not very good at cooking (Sorry Grandma), but both her and my grandmother (as I also have recipes from) was from Southern Jutland, as is well known for the large cake Board, so there are a great many good cake recipes. I have already shared some here bla vanillekranse and the world's best Honey cakes (which is actually from my great-grandmother) 🙂
